SPI Launches Surveying Service to Support Projects from the Ground Up

SPI is pleased to announce the expansion of our service line to include surveying for our clients. For an engineering project to be successful, we believe that it starts at the ground level, with a thorough understanding of the project’s surrounding area. Project planning and design need a strong foundation on which to be built, and that starts with a quality survey done by professionals.

Based in our Beaumont office, our surveying team can quickly mobilize and travel throughout Texas to support engineering projects or assist in distinguishing property attributes. We’re equipped and capable of supporting a variety of industries and agencies including civil engineering, Oil & Gas, land developers, private landowners, and boundary and topography requests from local governments.

Under the guidance of Daniel Warrick, R.P.L.S., SPI will use state of the art surveying equipment and traditional surveying techniques to fulfill the following requests:
Land boundary surveys for surface and mineral ownership
Improvement surveys for title/sales, list easements, and to identify encroachments.
Topography and Engineering Design to produce design surface for land development.
Gradient Boundary surveys along Texas rivers for private land or mineral owners.
Permit and Lease Plats for Oil/Gas production.
Political Subdivisions

We’re certified by the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying (Reg #10194353) and use leading surveying technology and traditional techniques to ensure your project starts with the information needed to make it a success.
