Sarah Morris
Human Resources Manager
Ms. Morris started as a Receptionist at SPI in 1999. In 2010, she graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a B.B.A. in Management, and was promoted to Human Resources Manager. Ms. Morris is also responsible for contract administration at the Tyler Office, and administers construction contracts for a variety of Federal, State and local government-funded projects.
