SPI is an established expert in the design and construction management of complex municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. SPI has designed many original municipal wastewater collection and treatment facilities in Texas. We have also successfully completed hundreds of groundwater production, ground and surface water treatment, water storage, and water distribution projects which meet our clients’ specific needs. Our clients include municipalities, regional water providers, River Authorities, MUDs, SUDs, and WSCs.  

We successfully provide services to municipalities with populations in the hundreds of thousands as well as “Very Small Systems” with less than 100 service connections.  At SPI, successful water and wastewater projects are achieved through knowledgeable staff and the use of innovative technology, cost-effective design, and the cultivation of a strong relationship with our clients.
