City of Mineola: ARPA 1888 Project

The City of Mineola engaged SPI to deliver Design and Construction Phase services for the creation of the 1888 Plaza, funded through a combination of ARPA and City funds. SPI collaborated with the Architect to finalize the design concept and produce a comprehensive set of construction plans. Following this, SPI managed the advertising, bidding, and construction administration to ensure the project’s successful completion. The 1888 Plaza features a public restroom facility, a small outdoor plaza with shade structures, picnic tables, benches, and an area equipped with an electronic device charging station and work space.
