Since his graduation from the University of Houston in 1993, Mr. Dessens has managed engineering staff, projects and programs in the greater Houston area. His clients have primarily been public agencies with projects ranging from small site designs to multimillion dollar thoroughfare street projects. He has extensive experience in presentations of projects, both to agency staff and to constituents affected by his projects. Mr. Dessens has expertise in the design of accessible routes (ADA compliance), and he attended the Texas Accessibility Academy in 2008.
