Mr. Burge has over 40 years of civil engineering experience and has provided project management and design services on many water and wastewater projects. In 2020, SPI acquired BW2 Engineers, Inc. where Mr. Burge was a founding principal. Mr. Burge continues to serve SPI as Vice President in the Garland office.
