Project Description
SPI assisted in the procurement of multiple funding sources from CDBG and TWDB for the City of Cushing for design and construction. This funding was used towards necessary upgrades to the existing wastewater treatment facility to bring the discharge effluent back into compliance. These improvements were designed by SPI and included rehabilitation of the existing imhoff tank, a new Blue Frog Aeration System, new gas chlorine disinfection system with contact chamber, and gravity sewer line/manhole replacement. Construction was completed at a cost of $765,000.
