Request for Qualifications – Environmental Services East Texas MUD Water System Improvements Project

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. is requesting the submission of qualification statements for environmental review and permitting services for the East Texas MUD water system improvements project. The services required will include, but not be limited to, the assessment of the biological, ecological, cultural and social impacts of the project site, preparation of an Environmental Information Document for the Texas Water Development Board, and attendance at one public meeting in support of the project. Services will also include delineation of jurisdictional water, and preparation of a Delineation of Water of the United States report if required.

 

This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses. EPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to M/WBEs through demonstration of the six affirmative steps.
