Dr. Robert Haberle

Dr. Haberle is a former mayor of Jacksonville, Texas, and has been active in municipal government for many years. Dr. Haberle joined the SPI Tyler office in 2011 as a public relations specialist. Dr. Haberle acts as a liaison between SPI, funding agencies, regulatory agencies, and our many municipal clients.
